Water District Well 9 Utility Building located in Garden City, New York
Garden City Water District renovation and new construction. Building one consisted of a 450 square foot addition with depressed slab to house a new GAC tank. The main building work consisted of new truss work, roofing, interior finishes and the extension of the air stripping tower.
Exterior finishes consist of all new siding and cultured stone wainscot. Building 2 or well 9 building consisted of new roofing, all new interior doors and new vented soffits.
The main sky light had to be removed to allow access for the well rehabilitation then replaced in kind with a newer unit.
Site work included all new decorative fencing and gates, asphalt parking lot and drives, concrete aprons and restoration of the entire site.
