SCHOOL ALTERATIONS

Chatterton Elementary School Additions and Alterations located in Merrick, New York

Patriot Organization was hired for the construction of a new 6,400 square foot addition to the Chatterton Elementary School.

The new addition consists of a new 600 square foot Pre-K classroom with 2 internal restrooms, storage area, and a folding partition wall.

The remainder of the addition has been fitted out as 6 classrooms, 2 bathrooms, and multiple storage areas. These new areas now house the Speech Ed and Reading Department for Chatterton Elementary.

The new construction consists of structural steel, masonry, and new storefront vestibule and windows. The internal finishes were completed with VCT flooring, ceramic tile, painted CMU, and all new casework for each classroom.
